About the role
The Warehouse & Logistics Manager leads warehouse operations and logistics activities, overseeing inventory accuracy, WMS/ERP utilization, compliance, and continuous improvement while managing a team and coordinating with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure inventory accuracy, stock traceability, and compliance with FIFO/FEFO principles
- Develop, implement and maintain SOPs for warehouse operations, safety and housekeeping
- Plan and conduct regular stock takes, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Oversee effective utilisation of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for all transactions
- Monitor data accuracy within ERP/MRP systems (e.g., QAD) and support system enhancements
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse and logistics operations
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Hands‑on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP/MRP systems; experience with QAD is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics processes
- Leadership and team coaching abilities
