About the role

Responsible for end‑to‑end planning, development, and execution of international commemorative coin and collectible programmes, coordinating cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver on time, within budget, and meet commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and deliver programmes across scope, schedule, budget, quality and launch readiness
  • Maintain programme plans, milestones, approvals and risk/issue logs
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform programme concepts and positioning
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to support commercial performance
  • Coordinate with internal marketing, sales, design, production, operations and external vendors
  • Develop go‑to‑market plans and sales enablement materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Arts, Social Sciences or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years experience in programme management, project management, product development or integrated marketing
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
  • Experience in consumer product industries and distribution channels (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial understanding (product strategy, marketing fundamentals, P&L)
