Intern role supporting process development, workflow automation, data management and documentation for solar O&M operations at Sembcorp Renewable Energy.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in mapping and documenting existing O&M workflows such as preventive maintenance, corrective works, service reporting, and client updates
- Support development of standardized process flows for solar maintenance operations
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance productivity and consistency
- Develop SOPs and work instructions for internal teams and contractors
- Support automation of routine O&M tasks using tools like Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, macros) and Power Automate
- Build simple dashboards for tracking system performance, faults, and maintenance status
Requirements
- Background in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems or equivalent
- Basic knowledge or interest in renewable energy/solar PV systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of macros or automation tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Detail‑oriented with good organizational abilities
- Good communication and documentation abilities
