Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit building plans and building plan clearances, complying with relevant codes and regulations.
- Consider the HSE life cycle, incorporating safety in designs and other legal requirements when performing design work.
- Formulate and provide architectural details and specifications.
- Assist in the tender process.
- Manage contract and construction procedures, including TOP & CSC processes and project handover.
Requirements
- Master's in architecture or equivalent studies.
- Minimum 2 years of architectural practice experience (master plans, powerplants, warehouses, offices, residential, additions & alterations).
- Proficient with BIM (Revit), SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Projects.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA, LTA, NParks) and architectural codes of practice.
- Experience creating annotations and descriptions for 3D models
