About the role

The AVP works directly with the CEO to shape, prioritize and execute enterprise-wide strategic and transformation initiatives, providing analytical support and ensuring initiatives are commercially sound and embedded across the organization. Key duties include portfolio management, business case development, execution enablement, and stakeholder governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO to structure, evaluate, and prioritize enterprise-wide strategic and transformation initiatives, providing analytical support and translating priorities into initiative portfolios.
  • Maintain an enterprise-wide view of transformation and productivity initiatives, identifying overlaps, interdependencies, gaps, and opportunities for consolidation or scaling.
  • Develop commercially grounded business cases and apply prioritization frameworks to guide investment decisions and ensure alignment with strategy and capacity.
  • Enable execution by coordinating across functions, tracking progress and issues, and embedding successful initiatives into operating models and performance routines.
  • Engage senior leaders and functional heads, coordinate with central teams (Digital, Risk, HR, Finance), and serve as a central integration point for governance and reporting.

Requirements

  • Over 10 years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, transformation, management consulting, business improvement or analytics.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executives on cross‑functional, enterprise‑level initiatives.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to connect initiatives to enterprise objectives.
  • Structured problem‑solving, business case development, and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing abilities.
  • Working understanding of digital, automation and analytical tools and ability to translate business needs into improvement opportunities.
