About the role
The Content and Digital Executive will create and manage content for Sembcorp's corporate website and social media, oversee the content calendar, and ensure effective communication through audits, performance tracking, and media handling. The role requires strong writing skills, experience with CMS and social media workflows, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop content for corporate website and social media channels, ensuring consistent tone and messaging.
- Manage the Group's content calendar, coordinating reviews and approvals.
- Maintain and refresh website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Conduct regular content audits to improve clarity, structure, and searchability (e.g., headings, links, basic SEO).
- Work with internal teams and vendors to implement website updates and resolve issues as needed.
- Track performance metrics (e.g., reach and engagement) and recommend changes to strengthen content effectiveness.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media or related discipline.
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Experience with website CMS and social media publishing workflows, including approvals.
- Experience in designing and/or video production is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines independently.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environment and engage effectively with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
