Key Responsibilities
- Execute the Source to Contract process and lead EPC‑centric sourcing activities
- Source critical direct components, EPC services and general indirect services
- Develop sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives, risk profile, timelines and total cost of ownership
- Issue RFQs/Tenders, negotiate pricing, contractual terms, conditions and risk allocation with suppliers
- Manage stakeholders and deliver projects as part of a project team
- Deliver business unit/end‑user/corporate requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of sourcing/procurement experience, preferably within EPC or project‑based environments
- Experience in pre‑ and post‑contract management
- End‑to‑end Source to Contract expertise covering strategy, tendering, negotiation, award and contract execution
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen
- Deep understanding of pricing, risk allocation, contractual terms, variations and claims
