Key Responsibilities
- Provide quantity surveying roles for EPC projects, including BOQ, SOR, and cost estimation for C&I, M&E
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering or M & E Engineering or Construction Management with at least 5 years of relevant working experience for EPC Projects.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement practices.
- Proficiency in cost management software (eg.
- SAP), GEP and MS Office excel is advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
