About the role
The Senior Executive Resident Technical Officer (Civil and Structural) oversees on‑site civil and structural construction activities, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications while coordinating with engineers, contractors, and quality personnel.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Resident Engineer on‑site in supervising and inspecting construction work to ensure compliance with statutory and client requirements
- Work closely with C&S QP, Resident Engineer, other Resident Technical Officers and contractors to resolve site issues and ensure timely project completion
- Supervise and coordinate day‑to‑day civil and structural works in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, and the Building Control Act
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement timely corrective actions
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to site activities
- Ensure all works comply with BCA requirements, relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience as a Resident Technical Officer, with at least five (5) years in site management and supervision of major construction works (buildings, earthworks, drainage, pavements)
- Diploma from a Polytechnic, BCA Academy, or other relevant qualifications
- Accredited by the Joint
