Intern BIM Modeller role at Sembcorp Specialised Construction, supporting development and management of BIM models for building and infrastructure projects using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Common Data Environment platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and management of BIM models for building and infrastructure projects.
- Work with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM software to create and update digital models.
- Support engineers and architects in clash detection, coordination, and visualization of project designs.
- Assist in the preparation of drawings, schedules, and documentation for project planning and execution.
- Conduct model audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM workflows.
Requirements
- Background in BIM Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of BIM concepts, 3D modeling, and digital construction workflows.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM‑related software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Only Singaporean candidates will be considered due to the sensitive nature of the project.
