Internship supporting the Utilities Commercial & Business Development team at Sembcorp, focusing on infrastructure planning, business research, and creation of standardized business collaterals for the energy and utilities sector in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
- Align and consolidate existing wayleaves with the master plan for long‑term infrastructure planning
- Map service corridors and associated agreements to ensure visibility of contractual elements and support renewals management
- Design and develop standardized templates for business proposals, presentations, and other collaterals
- Conduct desktop research and analysis to support utilities‑related opportunities in Singapore
- Create tools to monitor industry trends, especially on Jurong Island
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support infrastructure mapping and industry analysis
Requirements
- Background in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics or equivalent field
- Strong analytical, research and information synthesis skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to create structured and visually clear business documents
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
