Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze data for key initiatives such as Individual Development Plans, course evaluation and impact, Balanced Scorecards, and onboarding programs.
- Assist in preparing dashboards and reports for management review.
- Create communications material for learning and development purposes.
- Assist in planning and executing HR events and learning programmes.
- Participate in interview sessions as an observer or co-interviewer.
- Assist in interview scheduling and candidate communications.
Requirements
- Background in Business or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
