Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor performance of operational assets to ensure they meet industry standards
- Analyze KPIs and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement areas
- Develop strategies to optimize plant operations and equipment utilization
- Lead efforts to enhance asset reliability by identifying and mitigating risks
- Implement predictive and preventive maintenance best practices
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams on reliability programs
Requirements
- Background in Business Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power Query, and Power BI for data analysis and presentation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and curiosity to learn from stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
- Ability to prepare and deliver high-quality presentations
