About the role
The intern will support data engineering for renewable analytics, collaborating with data science and architecture teams. Responsibilities include building and maintaining data pipelines, developing ML monitoring systems, and working with big data and cloud resources.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with data science and architecture teams to deliver solutions for renewables and utilities.
- Work with a variety of big data and cloud resources.
- Develop retraining pipeline framework and ML monitoring system alongside data scientists and engineers.
- Contribute to data engineering workflows and AI pipelines.
- Manage and maintain data engineering pipelines in production systems.
- Support renewable analytics products and AI assistant related data pipelines.
Requirements
- Experience with Python and software engineering projects (e.g., GitHub experiments).
- Familiarity with data engineering tools such as Spark; ADX a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL and prior involvement in small IT/data projects.
- Experience implementing machine learning projects.
- Participation in hackathons or Kaggle competitions (optional).
- Ability to work on data-driven automation and analysis.
