Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor a team of system engineers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Assign tasks,monitorprogress, and ensuretimelydelivery of projects and incident resolutions.
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Systems Administration & Infrastructure Management Manage and upgrade Windows servers (in-place and migration).
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degreeor Diplomain Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Several years of hands-on experience managing Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022).
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.
- Experience in regulated environments.
- Proficiencyin virtualization technologies (VMware, Nutanix).
- Experience with backup/recovery tools (Commvault, NetBackup).
