About the role
Lenovo is looking for a Network Engineer to ensure network performance, support incidents, and manage operational changes. This role involves troubleshooting, performing upgrades, and reacting to security events, with a focus on Cisco routing/switching, load balancers, and firewalls.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure network performance using monitoring tools.
- Support reported incidents in a timely manner.
- Travel to remote sites for troubleshooting and support.
- Attend to alerts and events in monitoring tools.
- Escalate problems to 3rd party vendors.
- Support service requests for operational changes.
Requirements
- Singaporean or Singaporean Spouse due to Security Clearance requirement.
- 8 or more years of relevant hands-on experience.
- Willing to work on 24x7 operational shifts.
- Experience with network monitoring and support of Cisco Routing and Switching.
- Experience with network load balancers and Checkpoint or Palo Alto Firewalls.
- Familiar with ITIL best practices and processes.
