Key Responsibilities
- Define 'Definition of Ready' for workloads moving to Government Commercial Cloud
- Lead the Operational Acceptance Criteria (OAC) process
- Architect the workflow for discovery, cutover, and UAT sign-off
- Architect the service for monthly cloud spend optimization and automated budget alerts
- Define tiered support models and ensure ITSM tools are configured
- Ensure transition phase includes delivery of all security required artifacts
Requirements
- Deep, practical knowledge of Singapore Public Sector
- ITIL v4 Managing Professional (CDS: Create, Deliver and Support)
- Strong understanding of how GDC and Public Cloud interact
- Understanding of how to build a service that empowers the ITSM/ITSO
