Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan focused on assigned ministry
- Identify high-value target accounts/agency and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers at target accounts
- Understand and effectively communicate service offerings to executives, ensuring alignment with client needs
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Security clearance to work on public sector projects
- 10‑15 years of experience in business development or sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore public sector and an established network of contacts
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C‑suite executives and key decision‑makers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
