Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan focused on assigned ministry
  • Identify high-value target accounts/agency and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers at target accounts
  • Understand and effectively communicate service offerings to executives, ensuring alignment with client needs
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Security clearance to work on public sector projects
  • 10‑15 years of experience in business development or sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Strong knowledge of the Singapore public sector and an established network of contacts
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C‑suite executives and key decision‑makers
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
