Key Responsibilities
- Process Improvement and Documentation Work with stakeholders across the Regions to ensure processes are robust to meet operational risk and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with process owners to capture current workflows and capture into proper documentation.
- Analyse existing processes across the Regions to identify opportunity for alignment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or KAIZEN.
- Track improvement actions, maintain logs and dashboards.
- Content Creation Assist to communicate complex and technical issues to relevant stakeholders, in writing and easily understood manner.
Requirements
- Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Good stakeholders communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices, especially Excel and Sharepoint.
