About the role
Thales is looking for a Project HSE Manager in Singapore to develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures for NexGen project activities. The role ensures compliance with Singapore regulations and fosters a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements and aviation safety expectations.
- Provide specialist HSE advice to executive management.
- Review, audit, and monitor the implementation of HSEMP and Thales HSEMS.
- Provide Work Health Safety advice during the system design process.
- Approve health and safety documentation for Program related tasks.
Requirements
- Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of Singapore regulatory requirements.
- Experience in aviation safety expectations.
- Experience providing specialist HSE advice to management.
- Experience reviewing, auditing, and monitoring HSE management systems.
- Experience providing Work Health Safety advice during system design.
