About the role
Thales seeks a Quality Assurance Manager (1 year contract) in Singapore to lead IVVQ strategy for complex public security and systems integration projects. Responsibilities include developing IVVQ plans, analyzing requirements, and overseeing system integration.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead IVVQ strategies and plans aligned with customer requirements.
- Analyze technical and contractual requirements for bid proposals.
- Define methodologies, schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates for IVVQ.
- Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure IVVQ plan integrates with overall project management.
- Oversee system integration activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software QA/IVVQ.
- At least 2 years leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of systems engineering lifecycle and IVVQ methodologies.
- Proven experience in bid/tender support, IVVQ planning, and estimation.
- Experience working on large-scale, complex system integrations.
