About the role
The Studio Artist supports Card Productions and Customer Service by composing and simulating personalized artwork, ensuring compliance with payment card specifications. They provide artwork feedback, prepare proofs, and assist customers throughout the design process.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer's artwork feedback regarding executability, resolutions, fonts, etc.
- Compose and simulate artwork complying with Visa, MasterCard, Diners, AMEX, JCB, and CUP specifications.
- Monitor design, interface with customers, discuss concepts, tweak and present for approval.
- Prepare color separation and digital paper proofs for local printing production.
- Prepare Epson proofs for customer approval and arrange courier service for non-local customers.
- Generate high‑resolution images, working files, or other items requested by Customer Service or Sales.
Requirements
- Diploma in graphic design or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the offset print industry.
- Proficiency with Apple Macintosh platform, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Prior technical knowledge in printing‑related industry/technology (preferred).
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written communication.
