Key Responsibilities
- Manage, lead, and motivate development teams.
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of industrial software solutions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, industry regulations, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Plan and monitor budgets, resources, and schedules.
- Coordinate communication between cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, Industrial Software development, DevOps, and software engineering roles.
- Significant experience in software development, ideally in industrial or embedded systems.
- Proven track record managing software projects or leading development teams.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development life cycles.
- Ability to manage remote and distributed teams.
