Requirements
- Instructor grade or Air Traffic Control qualifications Essential Experience Experience in Air Traffic Control management Experience in dataset preparation for an ATM system Knowledge of the Australian ATM Domain and Air Traffic Management standards (e.g., ICAO, Eurocontrol, AID)
- High level of understanding of dataset/adaptation data goals and impacts Capability to work with various stakeholders having different objectives Capability to work in a multi-cultural environment and with a variety of international customers Aptitude to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary integrated team environment A positive attitude, discovery mindset, problem-solving culture, and motivational skills Desirable Simulator experience or instructor experience 5+ years of experience in similar positions delivering complex software-centric real-time systems Experience with engineering tools such as DOORS, JIRA, etc.
- Experience with ILS processes Experience with scripting languages (shell, bash, python, macro, etc.)
