Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes
- Define project scope, monitor execution of deliverables, and communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams
- Develop and implement project plans that align with business objectives
- Facilitate regular meetings to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in Project Management is required
- Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design is recommended
