About the role

The Oracle HCM Learning Lead directs the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Learning modules. This role is responsible for translating stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions, managing complex data migrations, and overseeing system testing to ensure long-term adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Learning, including Learning Catalogs, Offerings, Activities, Specializations, and Learning Paths
  • Partner with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate learning, development, and compliance requirements into scalable Oracle Learning solutions
  • Configure core Learning module components such as Assignment Profiles, compliance rules, completion tracking, and learner self‑service features
  • Support integration of digital learning content and third‑party platforms using industry standards such as SCORM, AICC, and xAPI
  • Collaborate with functional, technical, integration, and reporting teams to ensure alignment across Oracle HCM modules
  • Support data migration activities, including legacy learning history, curriculum data, and course catalog cleansing and loading
  • Lead and support system testing phases (SIT, UAT) and cutover activities, providing functional guidance and issue resolution
  • Provide post‑go‑live support, knowledge transfer, and advisory services to ensure sustainable adoption and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Hands‑on experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud Learning implementations, including full lifecycle project exposure
  • Strong understanding of learning and compliance processes, including learning catalog design, assignment rules, and certification management
  • Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, system configuration, and testing for Oracle Learning solutions
  • Familiarity with Oracle HCM tools such as HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL), and OTBI reporting
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across HR, business, and technology teams
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Experience working in consulting or large‑scale enterprise environments
