About the role

This Management Consultant role within Accenture's CFO & Enterprise Value team focuses on driving large-scale finance transformation initiatives for major enterprise clients. The position involves designing finance operating models, optimizing end-to-end processes such as O2C and P2P, and implementing digital capabilities to enhance performance management. Candidates will work across strategy and execution to deliver improved decision-making and enterprise value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end finance transformation initiatives, including operating model design, process optimization, and finance capability uplift
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders across finance functions such as record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, financial planning and analysis, and management reporting
  • Conduct current-state assessments and support the design of future-state finance processes aligned to business objectives
  • Contribute to the development of business cases, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans
  • Analyze financial and operational data to generate insights and support decision-making
  • Work with technology, data, and change teams to enable successful transformation outcomes
  • Support project delivery activities, including documentation, stakeholder engagement, and progress tracking
  • Build strong working relationships within Accenture and with client teams

Requirements

  • 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in finance transformation, finance consulting, or finance advisory roles
  • Hands-on experience in finance process improvement or transformation initiatives
  • Prior experience working in a consulting environment is required
  • Strong understanding of core finance functions and end-to-end finance processes
  • Ability to structure problems, analyze data, and communicate insights clearly
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Experience from professional services firms such as the Big 4 or similar consulting organizations
  • Exposure to digital finance solutions, ERP-enabled transformations, or data-driven finance initiatives
  • Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent
  • Experience working with financial services, telecommunications, or large enterprise clients
