About the role
The Deal Structuring Specialist at Accenture Southeast Asia supports sales teams by creating and reviewing pricing proposals, financial models, and contract forecasts to ensure profitability and compliance with internal policies and US GAAP. The role involves financial analysis, cost and pricing modeling, business case development, and acting as a financial advisor throughout the sales cycle, with opportunities for client interaction and mentorship of junior analysts.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Accenture's sales teams in the submission of pricing proposals throughout the entire sales cycle on client deals
- Produce accurate view of Accenture's sales, cashflow, profit & loss and balance sheet positions for contracts using Accenture in-house financial models
- Ensure that contract financials comply with internal Accenture policies and commercial practices, as well as US GAAP accounting standards
- Act as a business advisor to Accenture's sales teams on the financial levers and optimization of a client contract
- Represent contract financials in Accenture approval meetings
- Escalate deals with poor financial metrics or commercial risks and work to improve financial attributes before proceeding
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong logical and numerical reasoning skills with commercial acumen
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment
- Proactive, resourceful and strong problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
