Lead the design and implementation of Oracle HCM and workforce planning solutions for HR-led programs, including headcount forecasting, demand planning, and cost analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Oracle HCM and workforce planning solutions for HR‑led programs
- Lead workforce planning activities including headcount forecasting, demand planning, and cost analysis
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into Oracle solutions
- Configure and support Oracle modules related to workforce and financial planning
- Support data integration, validation, and reporting across HR and planning systems
- Participate in system testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support
- Provide functional guidance and best practices to client teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle development or Oracle‑based HR solutions
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Information Systems, HR, Finance, or related disciplines)
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM and/or Oracle Workforce Planning solutions
- Experience leading or supporting Workforce Planning initiatives
- Understanding of HR processes such as headcount management, workforce costing, and planning cycles
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills ### Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle EPM Workforce Planning
- Exposure to HR transformation or digital HR programs
- Oracle certifications in HCM or EPM
- Consulting or client‑facing experience
