Requirements
- Mandatory**
- Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, or client-facing technical roles - Hands on Assessment (mainframe applications, infrastructure, and dependencies), Demo & PoV Development
- Strong understanding of mainframe platforms, legacy applications, and batch processing
- Hands-on experience in mainframe or legacy system modernization/migration
- Working knowledge of AWS cloud services and modernization patterns
- Ability to communicate legacy-to-cloud transformation strategies to senior stakeholders Preferred
- Experience with Blu Age, Micro Focus, or similar tools
- Banking / financial services domain exposure (e.g., core banking, payments, risk platforms)
- Familiarity with TCO analysis, modernization roadmaps, and regulatory considerations Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; AWS certifications preferred
- Good track record in mainframe or enterprise modernization
- Comfortable leading technical discussions, demos, and executive presentations
- Experience across Southeast Asia markets is a plus.
