Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial reporting tools to support data-driven decision making
- Coordinate and execute financial analytics and reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
- Facilitate training sessions to strengthen the team's understanding of financial processes and reporting standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline finance operations and standardize reporting workflows
- Provide guidance and problem-solving support to the immediate team and across related teams
Requirements
- Strong background in accounting, finance operations, or financial analysis
- Advanced proficiency in core financial processes and financial management reporting
- Experience working with finance process systems, ideally Oracle or SAP
- Proven ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging multiple teams
- Ability to manage reporting activities with accuracy and attention to detail
