Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Core implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Act as the primary functional lead for HCM Core modules such as Core HR, Workforce Structures, Absence Management, and Security
- Partner with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Oracle HCM solutions
- Manage and mentor onshore and offshore teams, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to project timelines
- Oversee functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and testing strategies
- Support data migration, integrations, and reporting activities in collaboration with technical teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions, with strong expertise in HCM Core modules
- Proven experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in a consulting environment
- Strong understanding of HR processes, workforce data, and global HR operating models
- Experience managing teams and working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
