About the role
Triage, troubleshoot, and repair production networks and servers across Data Center, Edge, IP Backbone, and Optical elements, following procedures to resolve issues within SLAs, and escalate complex problems.

Key Responsibilities
- Support triage, troubleshooting, and repair of production networks/servers across Data Center, Edge, IP Backbone, and Optical elements.
- Follow defined procedures and utilize tools to collect data and resolve network issues within defined SLAs.
- Engage with 3rd party vendors, OEMs, and field services to facilitate resolution.
- Perform server repair, circuit repair, and network repair including fault identification, isolation, troubleshooting of physical/logical issues, issue resolution, and configuration updates.
- Escalate to Tier 2 and Operations Engineering leadership to resolve complex or high priority issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, or automate tasks.
Requirements
- Prior experience in server management and monitoring.
- 2 years of relevant experience in related field.
- Experience in IT operations.
- Understanding of network, server routing and switching technologies and ability to provide support to teams internally and to B2B groups.
