About the role
Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Module Lead with 5-10 years experience, responsible for leading implementation of specific HCM modules (Absence/Time, Learning, Expenses, Workforce Planning, Integration Middleware, or Data Migration) at Accenture.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of your assigned Oracle HCM module
- Facilitate business workshops to capture functional and technical requirements
- Configure module workflows, rules, and security roles in accordance with organisational policies
- Oversee development of RICEW objects for your module (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)
- Collaborate with Integration and Data Migration leads to ensure cross module and cross system alignment
- Develop test scenarios, scripts, and lead UAT for your functional area
Requirements
- 5 – 10 years of deep, hands on experience in the specific Oracle HCM module you are applying for
- Strong understanding of relevant HR processes (e.g., workforce scheduling for Absence/Time, expense policy for Expenses)
- For Integration Leads: expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, REST/SOAP web services
- For Data Migration Leads: advanced proficiency in HDL, HCM Extracts, and ETL tools
- Experience in large scale HR cloud transformation projects, preferably across multiple geographies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions
