About the role

Design, develop, and implement custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform. Configure ServiceNow applications, write scripts, develop integrations, and provide technical support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Configure ServiceNow applications, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service catalog.
  • Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript, HTML, and XML for business rules, client scripts, and UI actions.
  • Develop and manage integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing of customizations and integrations to ensure functionality and performance meet specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications may be preferred.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
