Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-value advertiser accounts with clear accountability for revenue targets and business growth
  • Drive the end-to-end advertising sales cycle, including opportunity identification, solution pitching, commercial negotiations, and deal closure
  • Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven sales pitches, proposals, and business reviews to client decision-makers
  • Act as a trusted business partner and strategic advisor, recommending advertising solutions aligned to clients' growth and expansion objectives
  • Execute hands-on campaign optimization, performance analysis, and budget management to maximize return on ad spend
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across advertising products and solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the advertising or digital marketing industry
  • Proven track record in advertising sales, key account management, and revenue growth
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, preferably on social media or performance platforms
  • Strong experience working with China export clients and solid understanding of the China market
  • Business-level proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) to support client communications, pitching, and commercial discussions
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
