Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of high-value advertiser accounts with clear accountability for revenue targets and business growth
- Drive the end-to-end advertising sales cycle, including opportunity identification, solution pitching, commercial negotiations, and deal closure
- Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven sales pitches, proposals, and business reviews to client decision-makers
- Act as a trusted business partner and strategic advisor, recommending advertising solutions aligned to clients' growth and expansion objectives
- Execute hands-on campaign optimization, performance analysis, and budget management to maximize return on ad spend
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across advertising products and solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the advertising or digital marketing industry
- Proven track record in advertising sales, key account management, and revenue growth
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, preferably on social media or performance platforms
- Strong experience working with China export clients and solid understanding of the China market
- Business-level proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) to support client communications, pitching, and commercial discussions
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
