About the role
The Senior Engineer / Technical Manager will lead the design, development, and validation of 6G wireless prototypes and testbeds, integrating hardware and software, and benchmarking performance against standards. The role involves close collaboration with vendors, universities, and labs in both lab and field environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate new technology prototypes and proof-of-concept systems for 6G wireless networks
- Implement and optimize wireless communication algorithms in lab and field environments
- Lead testbed system integration, including software and hardware co-development
- Oversee end-to-end system validation, verification, and performance benchmarking against relevant standards
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners (infra. vendors, universities, labs) on prototyping and demonstration projects
Requirements
- Knowledge of 6G wireless technology
- Experience in prototyping and proof-of-concept development
- Ability to integrate hardware/software co-development
