Key Responsibilities
- Generate, explore, and recommend advanced technology solutions.
- Collaborate with external partners to co-develop pipeline technologies.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers for product integration.
- Lead hands-on prototyping activities and design test methods.
- Capture and document technical requirements, design documents, and CAD models.
- Provide engineering support for production, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
- 5+ years (9+ for Lead) experience developing mechanical or electromechanical technologies.
- Deep knowledge in designing heating systems and thermal technologies.
- Proven experience working with or managing external partners/suppliers.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project deliverables at a system or product level.
- Proficiency in CAD, CAE software, and numerical modeling/scripting tools.
