Key Responsibilities
- Group & Local Statutory Audits Support Group audit delivery, ensuring timely, accurate submissions with minimal issues.
- Coordinate global statutory audits with Shared Services and market teams.
- Improve audit efficiency through better documentation, clarity of processes, and embedding learnings.
- Manage day‑to‑day interactions with external auditors and align internal stakeholders on deliverables.
- Identify risks early and support resolution and root-cause analysis.
- Prepare and review statutory schedules, including dividend‑related submissions.
Requirements
- (CSRD, ISSB).
- Provide technical input on business transactions, restructures, and legal entity changes.
- Accounting Policy & Reporting Governance Support the maintenance and refinement of the Group Statutory Accounting Policy to ensure consistent, IFRS‑aligned application globally.
- Review and track policy exceptions, ensuring they are well‑justified, documented, and appropriately managed.
- Partner with Shared Services and Markets to ensure reporting and accounting interpretations are clearly understood and applied.
- Skills & Experience Qualified accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent) with 8+ years' experience.
