Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring processes with candidates and hiring teams Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support offer management and documentation processes Assist with talent pipeline building, sourcing, and market mapping activities Candidate Experience & Stakeholder Support Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle Support onboarding preparation and pre-employment (e.g.

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and external stakeholders where required During periods of lower recruitment activity, the intern will also support wider HR work, such as HR projects, onboarding or employee lifecycle initiatives, documentation, and basic data or feedback analysis.
