About the role
Integration and Field Support Engineer (IFSE) for Agnet Mission Critical (MCX) solutions in Singapore. Supports trials, project implementation, and maintenance. Involves design, integration, upgrade, and troubleshooting of MCX solutions in customer environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Integrate Agnet solution in customer environments during deployment.
- Perform maintenance and upgrade of deployed Agnet systems.
- Process customer reported technical queries and incidents.
- Investigate incidents following defined support procedures.
- Ensure contractually agreed service levels are met.
- Support pre-sales activities and contribute to international team support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT or Telecommunication, or related.
- Proven software deployment and integration experience (3-5 years).
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Linux distributions.
- Knowledge of 4G/5G systems, TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
- Awareness of security threats and corresponding know-how.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
