About the role
The Manager of Bid Management leads strategic bid and business development initiatives for Facilities Management services. This role involves driving the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification and pricing strategy to proposal submission and post-bid analysis, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and expand market share across targeted market segments
- Build strong client relationships and lead proposals, presentations, and pitches to support business growth
- Lead the full bid lifecycle from bid qualification and pricing strategy development to submission, commercial evaluation, and post-bid win/loss analysis
- Develop financial models, pricing structures, and commercial analysis by evaluating historical data, market trends, cost drivers, and client requirements
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, technical, finance, legal, and support teams to validate commercial assumptions and deliver integrated bid solutions
- Coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely submission, compliance, and alignment of bid strategies and deliverables
- Build and maintain industry networks to stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities
- Conduct market intelligence, benchmarking, and commercial analytics to support strategic planning, pricing decisions, and bid/no-bid recommendations
Requirements
- Bring at least 3 years of experience in bid management, business development, tender management, or commercial strategy
- Experienced in financial modelling, pricing strategy, commercial analytics, and proposal development
- Strong in stakeholder management, presentation, and client engagement skills
- Analytical, commercially driven, and able to manage multiple bids and priorities effectively
- Experience in Facilities Management, built environment, engineering, or project-based industries is advantageous
- Holds a Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
