About the role
The Manager, Residential Prime Sales & Leasing leads marketing and leasing activities for high‑end residential properties, building client networks and delivering exceptional service. The role involves brand representation, business development, and coordination with landlords and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketing of prime residential properties for the purposes of sale and/or lease
- Pitch for new marketing appointments
- Update landlord/vendor of marketing activities
- Provide clients with periodic market updates and excellent service
- Independently develop a network of clients and referral partners
- Attend industry or corporate events and network effectively
- Be an ambassador of the Knight Frank brand
- Cold call and other forms of business development initiatives
Requirements
- Qualifies to be registered as a salesperson with CEA
- Degree/Diploma in Business/Real Estate or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in similar industry
- Excellent communicator and presentation skills
- Is a people person and enjoys interacting with others on a regular basis
- To work well within a team, but still be able to work independently and be self-motivated
- To work over weekends when required
