The role provides financial oversight and support for overseas teams, handling consolidation, budgeting, reporting, and tax compliance. It also coordinates with treasury, auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial operations and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional guidance and support to overseas team to ensure financial operations are delivered in accordance with Group financial standards and timelines
- Prepare and/or review monthly Corporate Entity and Country Sub-group consolidation, including management accounts of the subsidiaries, joint ventures and associates, perform financial analysis against budget and forecast on monthly basis and explanation of variances and trends
- Manage Corporate Entity and Sub-group annual budgeting and ad hoc forecasting processes
- Support investment and divestment activities
- Liase with Group Treasury on funding requirements and Fixed Deposit placements for Corporate Entity
- Prepare and/or review Corporate Entity and Country Sub-group quarterly reports and year-end disclosure templates
Requirements
- Years relevant experience in consolidation/financial reporting
- Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy/CPA
- Good understanding of SFRS(I) and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Cognos Controller, Planning Analytics, or SAP is advantageous
