Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations team for mall and common area maintenance.
- Develop and execute operations strategies.
- Review and improve operations guidelines and ensure compliance.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance programs for safety and optimal performance.
- Prepare annual budget, manage contracts, and execute operational works.
- Monitor contractor performance and conduct inspections.
Requirements
- Degree in Facility Management, Building, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience at a managerial position.
- Experience in property management or facility management in a shopping mall/retail environment is advantageous.
- Experience in major asset enhancement projects is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work within tight timelines, self-driven, and resourceful.
