Key Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise AI Fluency programme, developing strategy and adoption roadmaps for AI tools like Copilot.
- Serve as the primary contact point, managing demand intake and prioritizing AI enablement requests from business units.
- Drive adoption through training programs, developing playbooks, and coaching users on low-code AI solutions.
- Oversee AI governance frameworks, ensuring compliant and responsible use of AI tools across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
- Years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in programme or digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of AI/Generative AI concepts and familiarity with Microsoft 365/Copilot.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and translate technology into tangible business value.
