Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global portfolio and asset management strategies for semiconductor capital equipment
- Own end-to-end lifecycle management of installed base assets including upgrades, retrofits, and decommissioning
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize spare parts inventory levels and minimize excess & obsolescence
- Establish demand forecasting models and inventory policies aligned with customer service level targets
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce total cost of ownership for customers and the company
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to develop customer-specific asset management solutions
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams
- Present portfolio performance metrics and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related technical field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in asset management, supply chain, or operations within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
- Proven track record managing large-scale capital equipment portfolios or spare parts programs
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP, MES, and advanced Excel/data analysis tools
- Experience with inventory optimization and demand forecasting methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level interactions
- Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
- PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Experience working with global supply chains and contract manufacturers
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment lifecycle
- Strong financial acumen with experience in ROI analysis and cost modeling
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
