Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global portfolio and asset management strategies for semiconductor capital equipment
  • Own end-to-end lifecycle management of installed base assets including upgrades, retrofits, and decommissioning
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize spare parts inventory levels and minimize excess & obsolescence
  • Establish demand forecasting models and inventory policies aligned with customer service level targets
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce total cost of ownership for customers and the company
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to develop customer-specific asset management solutions
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams
  • Present portfolio performance metrics and strategic recommendations to executive leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related technical field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in asset management, supply chain, or operations within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
  • Proven track record managing large-scale capital equipment portfolios or spare parts programs
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP, MES, and advanced Excel/data analysis tools
  • Experience with inventory optimization and demand forecasting methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level interactions
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
  • PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
  • Experience working with global supply chains and contract manufacturers
  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment lifecycle
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in ROI analysis and cost modeling
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
