About the role
Mid-level operations role responsible for the maintenance and efficient running of a retail mall in Singapore. The position involves hands-on oversight of building systems, vendor management, tenant support, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Manager in managing effective operations and maintenance of our retail mall
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for M&E & Building Systems, including HVAC, electrical, fire protection, lifts/escalators, plumbing, and BMS
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and energy usage
- Oversee daily operations, troubleshoot faults, and respond to tenant feedback with root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Manage maintenance contracts, procurement processes, and vendor performance in compliance with technical and safety standards
- Support asset enhancement initiatives (AEI), upgrading works, and equipment lifecycle replacement
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar operations role.
- Proven ability to lead, resolve complex issues under tight timelines, and demonstrate initiative.
- Strong understanding of building systems maintenance and operational management.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to respond during emergencies outside office hours.
