6-month off-cycle HR internship supporting business partnering activities across semiconductor operations. Focus on data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and HR project support.

Key Responsibilities
- Support HR Business Partners in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
- Assist in data analysis and preparation of HR metrics and reports
- Coordinate and participate in employee engagement activities
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Prepare presentation materials for HR projects
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related Social Sciences
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Available for full-time internship from July to December 2026
- Prior internship experience in HR is advantageous but not required
