About the role
6-month off-cycle internship (Jul–Dec 2026) within Micron's Global Digital & Technology organization focused on data analytics and AI initiatives. The intern will work on real-world projects to extract insights from large datasets, build predictive models, and present findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with large, complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive data-driven decisions
- Develop and implement machine learning models and AI solutions to solve business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data and AI
- Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Participate in the full data science lifecycle from data collection to model deployment
- Present project outcomes and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and AI concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Prior internship or project experience in data science or AI is a plus
- Available for full-time internship from July to December 2026
